Newmilns Snow and Sports Complex brings some outdoor excitement to the Ayrshire community. Now in its seventh year, the centre offers skiing, snowboarding, mountain boarding and biking. The public skiing and snowboarding sessions are suitable for all ages and levels, so there’s really no excuse not to get your winter gear on. As well as public sessions, there are also block lessons, private lessons and crash courses available - perfect for those about to embark on a school trip or ski holiday. You’ll have the basics down in no time, and be amazed by your own ability to learn so quickly and comprehensively. Fully-qualified instructors will help you every step of the way, and you’ll be glad of it when you glide past your friends who are struggling on the slopes. Lessons range from a one-hour private session in which you’ll receive introductory tuition and guidance, to a three-hour course for more intensive learning. The centre also offers birthday parties for up to 12 people, which consists of an hour’s tuition and an hour of supervised activity.
